Bank Street Park site investigations

We recently celebrated an important milestone for the Bank Street Park project, with BESIX Watpac awarded the construction contract to deliver the park.  

To facilitate a start of construction in the new year, site investigations will begin on 25 November 2025 during standard construction hours (Mon-Fri between 7am and 5:30 pm, and Saturday between 7:30am and 3:30pm).

Site Investigations will include survey works, utilities locating, and dilapidation reporting across the site, including within the pop-up park. Due to potential localised excavation works being required, the pop-up park may be unsafe for public use, and therefore may be closed off.
