Final days to Have your Say on Bank Street Park
The Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure has placed the State Significant Development (SSD) application for Bank Street Park on public exhibition until this Thursday, 1 February 2024.
The local community and key stakeholders have been integral in informing the park’s design in previous consultation, and we encourage you to Have your Say on the proposal.
The proposed park design includes:

Recreational facilities including a multipurpose court, playground and fitness station

Community building with community space, café, public amenities and marina office
-
Water access and for paddle craft and storage for dragon boats

Harbourside promenade and increased accessibility to the water with new footpaths and cycleways

Public art, wayfinding and interpretive signage
-
Adaptive reuse of buildings along Bank Street.
