Bank Street Park project update
Following the Phase 2 community consultation in March this year, our Bank Street Park design consultants are progressing the Preferred Concept Plan for the park. Community consultation provided valuable feedback in how the park design should progress.
Consultation in March this year presented three design concepts that built on what we heard from Phase 1 consultation in August 2022. The survey responses indicated a clear preference towards Concept 3, and comments from the survey, drop-in sessions, school engagements, and emails have been reviewed.
With lodgment to the Department of Planning and Environment planned for later this year, we look forward to sharing the Preferred Concept Design with you in the coming months. Until then, we will be progressing the design in consultation with the State Design Review Panel.
