What's the latest on Bank Street Park

Infrastructure NSW is currently in the process of procuring a construction contractor to deliver the park. Following an Expression of Interest process, the following shortlisted construction companies were invited to submit a Request for Tender:  

• Icon

• Lipman   

• Stephen Edwards Constructions   

• BESIX Watpac  

The successfull contractor will be announced soon and construction is expected to start later this year.  

Install of shade cloth 

As we move into the final stages of selecting a preferred construction partner, we are taking proactive steps to minimise disruption for our neighbours.  

In the coming weeks, shade cloth fencing will be installed along Bank Street to help reduce dust and maintain a clean environment. We remain committed to keeping the community informed and prioritising local wellbeing throughout the project.
